1. General
Only the following Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between Red Face GmbH and the orderer, hereafter referred to as the Customer. The Customer accepts this unconditionally by using our website.
All Terms and Conditions are valid from April 2005 onwards.
2. Orders
An order is finalised only after its acceptance and confirmation by Red Face GmbH.
Red Face GmbH reserves the right to refuse the orders of a Customer.
3. Delivery
The products available in the warehouse will usually be sent by Red Face GmbH within 2 business days. Should individual products not be at the warehouse or be no longer available, you will receive an email notification with the estimated date of delivery.
The delivery location is specified in the order confirmation. Information concerning delivery times is nonbinding, provided the delivery time has not been bindingly agreed upon in an exceptional case.
Red Face GmbH reserves the right to make partial deliveries, additional shipping charges will be absorbed by Red Face GmbH.
4. Prices
The valid price list at the time of ordering is applicable. For partial orders, this amount is calculated only once.
Red Face GmbH reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Shipping, postage and packaging are calculated as follows:
Switzerland / Liechtenstein
For watches,
You pay a minimum charge of only CHF 50 for shipping, packaging and postage. For orders of CHF 5000 and greater, no shipping, postage and packaging charges apply.
Outside of Switzerland / Liechtenstein
For watches,
You pay a minimum charge of only CHF 100 for shipping, packaging and postage. For orders of CHF 5000 and greater, no shipping, postage and packaging charges apply.
Switzerland / Liechtenstein
For jewellery,
You pay a minimum charge of only CHF 20 for shipping, packaging and postage. For orders of CHF 250 and greater, no shipping, postage and packaging charges apply.
Outside of Switzerland / Liechtenstein
For jewellery,
You pay a minimum charge of only CHF 20 for shipping, packaging and postage. For orders of CHF 250 and greater, no shipping, postage and packaging charges apply.
5. Right to return
It is the Customer's responsibility to inspect the goods immediately during delivery and to report potential problems within 8 days.
The items are to be returned in immaculate condition and in the original packaging.
Shipping charges for returns are to be paid by the Customer.
6. Payment
Payment for the order is usually by charging a credit card or cash on delivery.
For advance payments by invoice, payment must be made within 10 days.
In the case of defaulted payment by the Customer, Red Face GmbH reserves the right to add default charges.
7. Retention of proprietary rights
Until /complete payment of all outstanding orderer accounts/the settling of all outstanding claims against the orderer, the delivered goods remain the property of Red Face GmbH.
8. Data protection
The information necessary for the completion of the sale will be saved in strict accordance with the applicable regulations. All personal data will be treated confidentially.
9. Guarantee
We offer a 3 month guarantee on our products. Items will be replaced or reimbursed by credit in the amount of the purchase price.
Items damaged by violent impact or normal use (e.g. scratches or torn chains and bands) will not be covered.
10. Salvatory clause
Should provisions of these Terms and Conditions be in part invalid or come to be invalidated, the remaining provisions remain in force. The parties are obliged to replace the invalid provisions by legal ones that most closely preserve the business and legal sense and purpose of the invalid provision.
11. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
Modification of these Terms and Conditions is possible at any time. The version at the time of order is applicable.
12. Applicable Law
The provisions of Swiss law apply, even in cases where items are ordered or sent outside of Switzerland. The local court with jurisdiction is Zug.Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions using the following contact information.
